Such a hidden gem! Tucked into a little strip mall is the most unexpected sushi. Great service, super fresh fish – their salmon is a standout. Miso soup is fresh and not too salty. Amazing chirashi!
We love banya sushi! My husband and I have been eating here for a few years now and they have some of the best sushi in the area. They even have some really good rolls without raw fish, which came in handy last year for my pregnant sushi cravings! The fish is fresh and the service is attentive and kind. We’ll be back again and again!
Took my daughter there because she was craving katsu. She got the pork katsu and loved it! I got a sushi plate it was soo fresh and pretty delicious. They are traditional as in they use wasabi on the sushi. I like it that way but if you don’t make sure to request without it!
